Here at tALk active we have a team of qualified instructors and helpers who continually search for ways to improve your fitness journey, whether through Zumba, Modern Pilates, Dance & Tone or any of the different classes run by tALk active. Each member of the team brings something unique and they have gained qualifications in a number of health and fitness courses.

We use the best venues in the area to bring the full party atmosphere to your favourite exercise programme.
