Modern Pilates

Modern-PilatesModern Pilates is a type of exercise designed to improve core stability, flexibility and overall strength leading to enhanced posture and appearance.

It is recommended for everyone. However, it is particularly beneficial for people with weak abdominals and poor posture. Classes are delivered in a small group setting and classes run on a continuous 6 weekly course basis.

The classes are planned and delivered by Anne (an Exercise Practitioner with over 20 years experience), Chartered Physiotherapist Karen Flynn (specialist in spinal and musculoskeletal conditions) and Anne's newest recruit, Julie Edwards (Level 2 Fitness Pilates and Level 3 Pilates Matwork).

Cost: £7 per session pay as you go.
